About me

I learned to read people across cultures before I learned to drive

My childhood was spent moving between cultures, teaching me early on that the “right” way to lead is never universal—it’s contextual. I formalized that instinct with an MBA from Duke and spent 17+ years in the corporate world, rising to VP-level roles across client management, sales, and marketing.

What I kept noticing throughout my career was the same pattern: brilliant, accomplished leaders carrying invisible weight — and no private space to set it down. The noise of their lives was quietly shrinking the impact they were desperately craving to create.

That’s what I built my practice to address. Not how you perform in the room, but what you’re carrying before you walk into it. And more importantly, what you want to have built when you finally look back.
