About me

I learned to read people before I learned their language

My childhood was spent navigating international borders and languages I didn’t speak which forced me early to master something most leaders spend decades trying to develop: reading what’s happening underneath the words being said.

I formalized that instinct with an MBA from Duke and 17+ years in the corporate world, owning a consultancy and rising to VP-level roles across client management, sales, and commercial real estate due diligence. But here’s what I kept noticing throughout my career; accomplished yet stressed-out people carrying invisible weight with no private space to set it down.

So I did what any student of life and behavioral analysis nerd would do. I reverse-engineered my own process. I’d always been naturally good at grounding before high-stakes moments. But I couldn’t find a framework that I could actually remember — one that worked before you walked into the room, not just during it. So I mapped what I was actually doing. Decreased the noise. Increased the awareness. Got present. Then I went looking for the science. Turns out — it was all there. Presence = Awareness ÷ Noise. And from that equation, everything else followed.

What I realized (and what keeps me excited to come to work every day) is that this isn’t really about performance. It’s about legacy. You could spend 30 years building something substantial and still retire with little to show for the work of a lifetime. I knew I didn’t want that for myself — and I don’t want it for you.

That’s why I built this practice. Not just to make you more effective in the boardroom. But to make sure that ten years from now, you aren’t looking back thinking what did I do this whole time? That’s not going to happen to you. Because together we’re going to make the most out life. With conviction, with impact, and with purpose.

the work we do together

Presence Is the Key That Makes Everything Else Work.

The Ratio of Impact: Most leaders arrive at a threshold moment still running on the same fuel that got them here; high competence, high output, and a quietly high cost. I help you move from carrying the weight of what you’ve built to leading from it — so your presence, your decisions, and your impact finally feel coherent.

A Diagnostic vs. Fuzziness: Using the Strategy of Presence™ methodology we map your noise architecture across ten specific dimensions of your life and work while dialing in your strategy and relational impact. We don’t just talk about what’s hard — we measure exactly where your impact strays from your capabilities, and why.

The Strategy of Presence™: Our work together builds you to a personalized leadership system grounded in neuroscience and behavioral analysis — one that works before you walk into the room, not just during it. This is the framework you’ll use for the rest of your life, not just your career.

Discretion-First Partnership: High-level leadership is often lonely. My practice is built for people who need a private, peer-level space to think clearly without consequences. No 360-degree reviews. No team involvement. A safe container is the condition that allows unfiltered conversation to happen.

Something That Lasts: In addition to clarity and forward momentum, my goal is to give you tools that are yours to keep — personal diagnostics, values aligned direction, and for those who choose it, a Lifetime Legacy Charter™ that captures what you’ve built and what you want it to mean. Something you’ll carry with you long after our work together ends.
