How we work together
Engagements begin with a discovery call, followed by a paid practice session so you can experience my coaching firsthand. If we’re a good fit, clients then move into a focused four-session engagement centered on a specific goal, challenges, or transition.

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
For corporate off-sites, organizations hosting in-person or remote workshops, and focused leadership groups
Some of the most important shifts happen when people step away from the day-to-day and give themselves room to think. I design and facilitate workshops grounded in the Strategy of Presence™ for leadership teams, women’s networks, and organizations looking for something more meaningful than a standard offsite.
These experiences are designed to help people slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters most so they can lead with more intention and less noise. My role is to bring depth, clarity, and thoughtful facilitation to an already planned retreat, offsite, or leadership gathering.

Hour-long to half-day workshops are designed for teams and leadership groups that want a more grounded, reflective approach to leadership. Multi-day retreats go deeper, combining presence work, facilitated dialogue, legacy reflection, and individual coaching so every participant leaves feeling personally heard and more aligned with what comes next.

This is not a strategic business plan or a simple vision assignment. Together, we build a living document that captures what leadership genuinely means here and what you want to carry into the future — written clearly enough to hand to the next person who carries it.
This work also includes the I-Score™, a reflection of relational impact, helping illuminate how presence, choices, and relationships shape the legacy a person or organization is building.
